Why Brand Requests Can’t Always Be Honored

1. Our pharmacies work with multiple suppliers
Inventory and manufacturer availability can change frequently based on supply chains, pricing, and stock levels.

2. Medications are compounded or sourced generically
Many of our products—such as testosterone, troches, or creams—are compounded by the pharmacy. These aren’t name-brand medications and may vary slightly in ingredients or formulation (e.g., carrier oil).

3. Telehealth regulations limit fulfillment options
Our partner pharmacies are licensed in specific states. If a brand isn’t available through a compliant pharmacy for your state, we must default to available alternatives.

4. Consistency and quality are still guaranteed
Even though we can’t promise a specific brand, every product filled by our pharmacy partners meets rigorous safety, potency, and quality standards.

What If I Need a Specific Brand?

If you need a medication from a particular brand or with a specific formulation (such as a different carrier oil), we can send your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice. Just contact our support team with the pharmacy’s name, phone number, and address.
