How to Track Your Medication Order Follow
Once your prescription is approved and processed, Hone will send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
When Will I Get Tracking Info?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been filled and handed off to the carrier. This usually happens within 1–3 business days after your provider approves the prescription.
Where to Find Your Tracking Number

Email: Look for an email from Hone with the subject line “Your order has shipped.”

SMS (if enabled): If you’ve opted into text notifications, tracking info may also be sent via text.

Which Carrier Will Deliver My Medication?
Hone partners with multiple pharmacies, and each one may use a different carrier depending on your location and prescription type. Your shipment may come via:

You’ll see the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Will I Need to Sign for My Package?
Most packages do not require a signature. However, some prescriptions—especially controlled substances or refrigerated medications—may require a signature upon delivery.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order shipped and tracking hasn’t updated, please contact Hone support. We’ll work with the pharmacy to investigate and resolve the issue.
