Getting Your Blood Draw with Hone Health
Step 1: Access Your Lab Requisition
Once a physician reviews your information, your lab requisition form will be available in the Files section of your Hone Health account—typically within 1–2 business days.
Important: You must print and bring your lab requisition with you to your appointment.

Step 2: Choose How You’d Like to Complete Your Blood Draw
Option 1: Self-Schedule at Labcorp
To schedule an appointment directly with Labcorp:

Visit the Labcorp Appointments Page at https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments

Use the “Locate Me” button or enter your ZIP code.

Choose Routine Labwork, then click Go.

Select a convenient lab location and click Make Appointment.

Confirm the listed service is Labwork.

Answer Yes to the fasting question.

Click Choose Date and Time to pick your appointment.

Complete the CAPTCHA and click Next.

Enter your personal details and click Next.
-
Under How will this visit be covered?, select I have already paid or someone else is responsible and click Next.

Provide your contact information and submit.
After scheduling, please text your patient coordinator to let them know your appointment details.
Option 2: Have a Patient Coordinator Schedule for You (Most Common)
Your patient coordinator will text you shortly to help schedule your lab draw at a convenient time and location.
This service is provided at no additional cost.
Option 3: In-Home or On-Site Blood Draw
Prefer to have your lab draw done at home or work? Your coordinator can help schedule a mobile phlebotomist to come to you.

You’ll be given a 1–2 hour arrival window.

This service is free of charge (a $100 value).

Availability may vary by location.
Need to Change Your Option?
No problem—just text your patient coordinator, and they’ll assist you in switching to another option.
After Your Blood Draw

Lab results are typically available in your account within 2–4 business days.

Once results are posted, you’ll be prompted to schedule your medical consultation.

Before your consultation, review your medication options and explore the Hone Health community.

On the day of your consultation, log in 15–20 minutes early to complete intake and ID verification.
Blood Testing Guidelines
To ensure the most accurate results, please follow these guidelines:

Fast for 12 hours before your blood draw (water is allowed).

Stay well-hydrated during your fasting period.
-
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before you draw.
-
Stop taking biotin supplements 72 hours in advance.
-
Avoid strenuous activity, sexual activity, or riding motorcycles, ATVs, or horses for 2–3 days prior to your draw.

Schedule your appointment before 10 a.m., if possible, for best results.
