Cancellation Policy Follow
Please note that our subscription based service is billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis and effective from your date of subscription. Your membership subscription is billed and managed separately from any medication subscriptions you may add to your account.
By purchasing a Hone membership, you consent to automatic, recurring monthly billing until your membership subscription is cancelled. If you cancel your membership before your next billing period begins, then you will not be charged for the following month. You can find more information on our recurring billing policy in our Terms and Services.
You can find our subscription start date by logging into your Hone account. If you need assistance resetting your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link or email us at support@honehealth.com.
