How to Update Your Personal Info, Payment Method, or Lab Preference Follow

Overview
Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication, accurate lab processing, and uninterrupted access to your medications. You can update your name, address, card on file, and lab preferences directly from your Hone Health account.
How to Update Your Personal Information

Log in at honehealth.com

Click My Hone and select Profile

You can update the following fields:
-
Name
-
Address
-
Date of Birth
-
Phone Number
-
Time Zone
-
Lab Preference (at-home or LabCorp)

After making changes, click Save Changes
-
To update your address, click the edit icon on the right side of the screen
How to Update Your Card on File

Log in to your Hone account
-
Click My Hone, then select Profile

Click Billing at the top of the page

From here, you can:

Add a new card
-
Replace or remove your current card

Set your preferred payment method

How to Update Your Preferred Lab Type
Your lab preference determines whether you’ll receive an at-home collection kit or a LabCorp order.
To update your selection:

Go to My Hone → Profile

Scroll to Lab Preference
-
Choose either:

At-Home Test Kit
-
LabCorp (in-person)
-

Click Save Changes to confirm
