How to Use the Hone App to Manage Your Care Follow

Overview
Your Hone Health account is your personalized hub for managing lab tests, consultations, medications, and billing. This guide explains how to navigate your dashboard and complete important next steps in your treatment journey.
Where to Start
Log in to your account at honehealth.com. Your homepage will show any action items that need your attention — these will appear as cards across the top of the page.
Common Action Items and What They Mean

Complete Lab Panel
You have a pending test that needs to be completed. This could be an at-home kit or a lab order (LabCorp). -
Schedule Consultation
Once your lab results are ready, you’ll be prompted to schedule a virtual consultation with a Hone provider. -
Complete Intake Forms
These forms help your provider understand your health history. They must be completed before your consultation. -
Purchase Subscription
If your provider recommends treatment, this prompt lets you purchase your approved medications and supplements. -
Review Lab Results or Notes
After your consultation, you may be asked to review your lab results or read your provider’s treatment notes.
How to Track Your Lab Kit

Log in to your Hone account

Click My Hone, then select Labs

Use View Tracking to follow your kit’s delivery

Use View Return Tracking to confirm it reached the lab

Scroll down to view your lab results when available
How to Review Your Doctor’s Notes

Log in to your Hone account

Click My Hone, then Consult History
-
Click View Details for the visit you want to review

Your provider’s notes and any recommendations will appear
How to Check Subscriptions and Billing

Click My Hone, then Transactions

Under My Subscriptions, view refill and billing dates

Under My Transactions, view past payments

To download receipts, select the checkboxes and click Export
