Your Hone Health Membership is part of an annual clinical program with a total cost of $300 per year, excluding medication costs. You will be charged 1/12 of the annual fee each month and may cancel at any time. Hone serves as your payment processing agent for the fees. Below is the itemized breakdown of the membership:

• $120.00 payable to Broad Health P.A. or other affiliated medical practices for clinical services and medical consultations.

• $180.00 payable to Hone (Time Therapeutics, Inc.) for non-clinical membership benefits, including access to the online platform, technology, member support, credit card processing fees, and operational services.

If the physician determines that treatment is not appropriate based on medical decision-making and laboratory results, you will be refunded your initial $25 membership fee.
