Your Hone Full Body Membership is part of an annual clinical program, with a total cost of $1,788 per year, excluding medication costs. You will be charged 1/12 of the annual fee each month and may cancel at any time. Hone processes the payment for your convenience. Below is the itemized breakdown of the membership:

• $840.00 payable to Broad Health P.A. or affiliated medical practices for clinical services and medical consultations.

• $141.00 payable to the clinical laboratory for lab testing.

• $807.00 payable to Hone (Time Therapeutics, Inc.) for non-clinical membership benefits, including access to the online platform, technology, member support, credit card processing fees, and operational services.

If, after your initial consultation, the physician determines treatment is not appropriate based on their medical decision-making and lab results, you will be refunded your initial $149 membership fee.
