Don't worry!  Your medication was shipped correctly and this is not a mistake.

Your medication was ordered directly from the manufacturer and was not modified prior to shipping out your prescription.  When preparing vials of testosterone cypionate, the manufacturer uses a 3mL vial for a 1mL dose.  So, your vial includes 1mL of medication at the dosage indicated by your prescribing physician.  

Your bottle will always look about 2/3 empty. As long as you're able to draw the correct mL amount indicated by your Hone-affiliated physician in your dosing instructions, you're all set.
