Why Your Medications May Arrive Separately Follow
As part of your personalized care plan, you may be prescribed multiple medications, filled by different pharmacy partners. Each pharmacy we work with specializes in specific medications, which allows us to ensure the highest quality and fastest fulfillment possible.
Because of this, your medications may not ship together and could arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal and part of our standard process.
As soon as each shipment is sent, we’ll provide tracking details so you know when to expect your order. If you receive one medication before another, there’s no need to worry, the rest is on its way.
