How Automatic Refills Work
Refills are processed automatically based on your prescribed medication schedule. You don’t need to place a new order—our system handles it for you, timed to align with your current supply.
Checking Your Next Refill Date
You can view your upcoming refill information any time by logging into the Hone Health app:

Open the app and log in.

Navigate to the Subscriptions page.

Your next refill date and related details will be displayed there.

Regular Labs and Consultations
To ensure your treatment remains safe and effective, regular lab work and consultations are required:

After your initial 3-month supply, you’ll need to complete labs and a consultation around month 2.5.

Once completed, you’ll be set up with your next 3-month supply.

Depending on your treatment plan, labs and consultations may be required every six months after your first year.
These regular check-ins allow us to make any necessary adjustments and keep your treatment on track.
