Return/Refund Policy Follow
When you purchase a Hone membership, you agree to automatic, recurring monthly billing until you choose to cancel your membership subscription. To discontinue your membership and access to treatment services, you must submit the Membership Cancellation Form or Pause Form. Please give us 1-2 business days to process your request.
Memberships automatically renew each month, and your credit card will be charged unless you request to cancel or pause before renewal. If you cancel your membership before the next billing date, you won't be charged for the following month. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
If you are billed for your membership after requesting to cancel or pause, you will be refunded for the latest charge. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You may request the cancellation of a pending medication order, up to 48 hours after the charge. However, once medical supplies and/or medications have been sent to the pharmacy, we are unable to accept returns. For any return inquiries, feel free to contact us at support@honehealth.com.
