HOW DOES CLOMIPHENE CITRATE FUNCTION IN MEN?
Clomiphene citrate acts on the hypothalamus to increase the secretion of GnRH, which increases LH and FSH secretion from the pituitary gland. This signals the testes to produce more testosterone. Clomiphene citrate might be prescribed by your provider for "off-label" use of an FDA-approved drug. Please consult with your provider for any questions regarding “off-label” use.
