At Hone, we're dedicated to guiding you through every step of your health journey. From your initial lab to receiving a personalized treatment plan, we're here to support you with care and expertise.

Step 1: After your initial lab purchase, you'll be prompted to finish setting up your account and completing an intake form. This helps the physician evaluate your symptoms and health concerns.

Step 2: Once your intake form is completed, the physician will review it and provide a lab requisition form. This form will be available in the "Files" section of your Hone account. 

You can choose to complete the lab tests at either Labcorp or at-home via GetLabs (if services are available in your area). Our support staff will reach out to you to confirm your lab preference.

Step 3: At the lab, you'll undergo a series of tests to measure various biomarkers. These tests include:

• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
• Thyroid Panel
• Sex Hormone Panel
• Lipid Panel

Step 4: Typically, your lab results will be available and posted in your Hone account within 2-4 business days. You'll be notified once the results are posted.

Step 5: If there are no issues with your blood collection, you'll be prompted to schedule a consultation with a physician. During the consultation, you’ll discuss the results of your blood tests in detail. The physician will then create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and symptoms.

Step 6: After your consultation, the physician will finalize your notes and treatment plan by the end of the day. You'll receive an email notification to view and purchase your treatment plan, which will address your symptoms and lab values.
