Initial Lab Panel Options
Hone Health offers two types of initial lab panels for patients, each designed to suit different needs and preferences, both priced at $45:

• Hormone-Only Panel: This can be completed at home. It focuses solely on assessing your hormone levels to start tailoring your treatment.
• Comprehensive Lab Panel: Available at lab, this panel includes not just hormone levels but also tests related to metabolism and thyroid function. This broader spectrum analysis is essential for a detailed understanding of your overall health.

Confirmatory Lab Panel
If your treatment plan includes testosterone, you may need to complete a confirmatory lab panel before medication can be prescribed. This step is to ensure TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) safety and adherence to AUA guidelines. The confirmatory panels are offered at $80 for an at-home test and $50 for an on-site test at Labcorp facilities. This fee is a one-time cost, not recurring, required before your treatment can start.

Hone Health Monthly Membership
Joining Hone Health as a member is necessary to access our full range of treatment services, which include ongoing lab tests and physician consultations. The membership fee is $129 per month and covers:

• Regular follow-up lab panels, available both at-home and at-lab, to continuously monitor your treatment progress.
• Routine consultations with your physician.
• Automated medication processing and fulfillment.
• Expedited two-day FedEx shipping for all orders from our partner pharmacies.

Membership activates once your physician approves your treatment plan. If treatment is not approved after your confirmatory lab panel, we will refund your first month's membership fee.

Medication Subscriptions
After receiving treatment approval from your physician, you can purchase your prescribed medications through our partner pharmacies at preferred rates. Only medications recommended by your physician are available for purchase. The current treatment options and their starting costs include:
