The actions items are listed in chronological order, so be sure to scroll through them using the left and right arrows in order to stay up to date.
Common action items include:
- Completing Lab Panel: You have a pending lab order that needs to be collected. The choice of at-home vs. at-lab will depend on the lab testing preference you selected on your profile
- Scheduling Consultation: You can now schedule a consultation with your preferred Hone-affiliated physician. This option will only be available after your complete your lab panel
- Completing Intake Forms: Once you schedule your consult, you will need to complete a set of intake forms
- Purchasing Subscription: This action item will appear on your account if you have any outstanding subscriptions. This can be due to a dose increase from your last consult or because not all items were purchased at check-out

How to Update Your Personal Information
Maintaining accurate personal details is crucial for your healthcare journey. Follow these simple steps to update your information:
- Login: Visit https://honehealth.com/ and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Profile: Click on "MyHone" and select "Profile."

Update Information: You can modify the following:
- Name
- Address
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Phone Number
- Timezone
- Lab Preference (At Home or At Lab)
- Save Changes: After making updates, be sure to click "Save changes" to ensure your information is current.
- Edit Address: To modify the address, click the Edit icon located on the right.
How to Update the Card on File
Ensuring your billing information is up-to-date is essential. Here's how you can update your card on file:
- Log In: Sign in to your Hone account.
- Access Billing Section: Click on "My Hone," then select "Profile."
- Navigate to Billing: Click on "Billing" at the top middle of the page.
- Update Card: Add or replace the current card on file from this section.

- Login: Log in to your Hone account.
- Access Consult History: Click on "My Hone" and select "Consult History."
- View Details: Click on "View Details" to access your doctor's notes.
How to Check Refill/Billing Dates and Order Status
Stay on top of your medication schedule and order status with these steps:
- Login: Sign in to your Hone account.
- Navigate to Transactions: Click on "My Hone" and select "Transactions."
- Access Subscriptions: Scroll down to "My Subscriptions" to check refill and billing dates.
- View Transaction History: Scroll down to “My Transactions” to check past payments, and to create an itemized receipt by clicking on the check boxes to the left and clicking the export button on the right.
