Managing Your Medication Shipment

Adult Signature Requirement:

Due to regulatory requirements, an adult signature is mandatory upon the delivery of testosterone. We want to ensure a smooth delivery process for you. Here are a couple of options:

1. Office Address Update:
   1. If you have an office in the same state as your residence where we can ship your medications, please update your profile with that address. Subsequent deliveries will be directed there.
2. FedEx Delivery Manager:
   1. You can either download the FedEx app on your mobile device and enroll in the FedEx Delivery Manager program. It's a free service. Or you can access the Delivery Manager through the tracking link as shown in the screenshot below. This will give you the option to:
      1. Reroute it to a local FedEx 
      2. Hold it at a Walgreens location for pickup
      3. Authorize another adult to receive the package on your behalf.
