Step 1: Access Your LabCorp Requisition

• Visit the following link: Hone Patient Portal
• Sign in to your Hone account.
• Go to the Files Section of your account
• Find the appropriate listing titled “Lab Requisition”
  • Note: A PDF copy of your LabCorp requisition will be available for download and printing within 2 hours of purchasing your confirmatory testing, or retest being required. 

Step 2: Schedule Your LabCorp Appointment

• Visit LabCorp's Appointment Scheduler.
• Choose the LabCorp location nearest to you or plan for a walk-in appointment.
• When at the payment screen, indicate that you have already paid or someone is paying on your behalf
• We recommend bringing a printed copy of your requisition, as some facilities may require it.
