As your consultation approaches, here are essential instructions to ensure a smooth and successful experience:

1. Early Login:

• Please log in at Hone Patient Portal 15-20 minutes before your appointment.
• This allows ample time for the intake form and ID verification if you have not completed it, and to give our agents time to help with any technical related issues that may occur.

2. Identity Verification:

• On the Home page, find the "Verify My Identity" option.
• Prepare to provide a pre-visit selfie during the consultation.

3. Medical Intake Form:

• Complete the Medical Intake Form thoroughly.
• Click 'Next' at the bottom right to progress through the questions.

4. Joining the Consultation:

• Once the intake form is done, click 'Join.'
• You'll be directed to the waiting room and connected to Google Meet when your physician joins.

Technical Tips:

• Use a laptop or desktop with a webcam.
• Ensure your web browser (Safari/Chrome/Edge) is updated to the latest version.
• Check for any 3rd party pop-up blockers, as these may affect audio/camera functionality.
