Prerequisite: Lab Work Completion

Before scheduling, ensure your lab work is completed and has been posted to your Hone account. The system requires this before prompting you to schedule a consultation.

Schedule Consultation:

• Click on the "Schedule Now" button to go to the patient self scheduler tool. 

Self-Scheduling:

• Pick your desired provider from the "Book Appointment with" dropdown box. 
  • (Note: Providers displayed are licensed in the patient's state listed on their Hone account.)
• Choose your preferred date and time, then click the "Create Appointment" button.

No availability?

• No worries, contact support and we will get you taken care of!

Confirm your appointment:

• Verify the chosen date, time, and provider in the confirmation box.
• Add a small note to the doctor if needed.
• If details are correct, hit the "Book Time" button.

Consultation Prerequisites:

• A box will generate indicating consultation prerequisites. Click on "Start Your Intake Form" to complete the required intake forms and ID Verification process. 

Account Consultation Listing:

• On the home screen on your account, you will see your consultation listing that will verify the details if your consultation, mention the Verify ID step, and allow you to cancel or reschedule.

• Note the $50 cancellation fee for missed consultations.

Informational Screen:

• The final screen includes important tips for consultation preparation and attendance.

• Review these tips to ensure a smooth and productive consultation experience.

Note: You can complete your intake forms and ID Verification anytime after scheduling your consultation. You recommend completing these two steps as soon as possible in case any errors occur.
