We will process a charge for your medication subscriptions 4 business days before transferring your medication to the pharmacy. We email you a receipt for the transaction for your records. Once your medication is shipped from the pharmacy, we'll send you an email with your shipping and tracking information.
We process your medication subscriptions 4 business days in advance as a courtesy to prevent treatment lapse. If there are any issues with your payment method, or if we are unable to process your subscriptions, we'll send you an automated email. We'll try to run the transaction for 3 days in a row, so you may receive up to 4 email notifications. This gives us 4 business days to update your payment method without impacting your treatment plan or dosage schedule.
