Our goal is for a physician to review your labs with you at the earliest possible opportunity.  The review process and timeline are different depending on your most recent lab panel.

Initial At-Home Hormone Lab Panel

Once your sample reaches our lab, it usually takes about 5 business days for the lab to process your sample, share your initial results with a physician for medical review, and then load to your account.  As soon as we have your complete results, we'll send you an automated email with a link to schedule your initial consultation at a time that works for you.  Your physician will review your lab work with you during your consultation.

From time to time, our lab isn't able to produce complete results based on the sample provided.  If this happens with your sample, we'll reach out to you as soon as we're aware and begin processing a replacement lab panel at no additional cost.

Confirmatory Lab Panel

If your physician requires a second round of confirmatory lab tests prior to your first prescription, the timeline will depend on your selection when purchasing your subscription.

• LabCorp Confirmatory Lab Panel:
  • If you choose to visit a nearby LabCorp to complete your confirmatory lab work, we'll receive your results within 24-48 hours of your blood draw.
  • We'll load them to your Hone account as soon as they're available, and route them to your physician for review.
  • Within 1-2 business days, your physician will review your lab work and determine if your treatment plan requires modification.
• At-Home Confirmatory Lab Panel:
  • If you choose to complete your confirmatory lab panel at at home, we will usually have your results from our lab within 5 business days of receiving your sample.  Similar to our At-Home Hormone Lab Panel, if our lab isn't able to produce complete results based on your sample, we'll reach out to you as soon as we're aware and send a replacement lab panel at no additional cost.
  • Once we have your complete results, we'll load them to your Hone account and route them to your physician for review.
  • Within 1-2 business days, your physician will review your lab work and determine if your treatment plan requires modification.

There's no need to schedule a consultation after completing your Confirmatory Lab Panel.  Your physician will review your results and determine if your treatment plan requires modification.  

Follow-Up Lab Panels

Your Hone membership subscription includes on-going follow-up lab panels and consultations with your physician to maintain your treatment plan and update your prescriptions.  Your lab panel and consultation timelines will vary depending on whether you elect to complete your test at a nearby LabCorp facility or using our At-Home options.

• LabCorp Follow-Up Lab Panel:
  • If you choose to visit a nearby LabCorp to complete your follow-up lab work, we'll receive your results within 24-48 hours of your blood draw.
  • We'll load them to your Hone account as soon as they're available, and route them to your physician for review.
  • Within 1-2 business days, your physician will review your lab work and determine if your treatment plan requires modification or if additional follow-ups are necessary.
  • Once we have your complete results, we'll send you a link to schedule your follow-up consultation with your physician at a time convenient for you.  During your consultation, your physician will review your lab results with you.
• At-Home Follow-Up Lab Panel:
  • If you choose to complete your confirmatory lab panel at at home, we will usually have your results from our lab within 5 business days of receiving your sample.  Similar to our At-Home Hormone Lab Panel, if our lab isn't able to produce complete results based on your sample, we'll reach out to you as soon as we're aware and send a replacement lab panel at no additional cost.
  • Once we have your complete results, we'll load them to your Hone account and route them to your physician for review.
  • Within 1-2 business days, your physician will review your lab work and determine if your treatment plan requires modification or if additional follow-ups are necessary.
  • Once your physician approves your results, we'll send you a link to schedule your follow-up consultation at a time convenient for you.  During your consultation, your physician will review your lab results with you.
