Do You Accept Insurance? Follow
As of today, our services aren't covered by insurance. Medical treatment for low testosterone is not commonly covered by most insurance plans. In many cases, our services are cheaper than most insurance plans these days.
For a typical high deductible health plan (with a $1,000 deductible), one office visit and blood work alone could cost between $200-$600, services that are included in our monthly Hone membership at no additional cost. Most in-person clinics will charge between $50-$100 per weekly visit for injections, which will likely cost more than your Hone treatment plan per month and require you to travel to a local clinic on a regular basis.
If you have an HSA/FSA plan through your medical insurance, you may be able to use these funds for our At-Home Hormone lab panel and other services. We're set up to process HSA/FSA cards and receive payment and do so for many of our clients today.
It's important to note that each HSA/FSA plan is different, and each plan administrator places unique restrictions on which vendors can process card payments. So, it's always a good idea to check in with your plan administrator if using your HSA/FSA funds is important to you.
