Today, we offer a variety of services to support hormonal health and wellness:

At-Home Hormone Lab Panel

This is our initial hormone lab panel.  It's required for all Hone​ clients so that our physicians can determine if our treatment plans are right for you.  If you're eligible, they'll use these results to recommend a customized treatment plan. As of today, we have discounted this at-home lab panel to $45 and can be purchased here.

Confirmatory Lab Panel  

If your physician includes testosterone in your treatment plan, they will most likely require you to complete a confirmatory lab panel before prescribing medication.  Physicians usually do this so that they can follow AUA guidelines for TRT treatment and to make sure you're not at an elevated health risk before starting your treatment plan.  We offer at-home confirmatory lab panels and on-site lab panels through LabCorp.

Hone​ Monthly Membership

Our treatment plan services are only available to Hone​ members.  In order to complete your treatment plan and begin confirmatory testing (if necessary), you'll need to join as a Hone​ member.  Today, our monthly membership fee is $129/month and includes:

• Automatic medication processing and fulfillment
• 2-day Fedex priority shipping on all orders filled through our partner pharmacies
• On-going medical support from our physician team
• On-going follow-up lab panels (at-home or on-site)
• On-going follow-up consultations with your physician (scheduled every three months)

Your membership is effective once you're cleared for treatment by your physician.  If your physician doesn't approve treatment after a confirmatory lab panel (if necessary), then we'll refund your membership asap.

Medication Subscriptions

If your physician determines that you are eligible and recommends treatment, you'll be able to purchase your monthly medication through our partner pharmacies at our preferred rates.  You'll only be able to purchase medication that's recommended by your physician.  If you're interested in a specific form of treatment, make sure you bring it up in your next consultation.  Today, our treatment options include:

• Testosterone cypionate (via subcutaneous or intramuscular injection)
• Testosterone cypionate (via topical cream or sublingual troche)
• Anastrozole
• Clomiphene citrate
